Villa Hercegovina is located on a fenced property of 3000 m2 and is a 20-minute drive from Mostar. The interior of the villa occupies 140 m2 and offers accommodation for 8 people. The residential part consists of three bedrooms, two of which are with double beds, and the third with a bunk bed for three people. Guests have at their disposal two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire building is air-conditioned with a modern heating and cooling system through a heat pump.

In the outdoor area, there is a fenced private pool with sun loungers and a seating area. A special unit consists of a covered shadrvan with a summer kitchen, a large dining table, a barbecue, a fireplace and a bread oven. Next to this property there is an outdoor shower and toilet. The property is decorated with autochthonous plants and rocky terrain, and a volleyball net is also available to guests. Parking is provided in the garage for two cars, and the outdoor area is covered by three security cameras.
